Dr. P.K. Sharma

Head- Clinical Physics

    Dr. Sharma has over 16 years of experience in the medical physics fraternity.

    He has completed his PhD from Shobhit University, Meerut and Post Graduate Diploma in Radiological Physics (DRP), Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (Mumbai University)

    He has served in institutions like Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, Regional Cancer Centre (RCC) Gwalior & Indian Institute of Head and Oncology, Indore. He has vast experience of radiotherapy treatment with the most advanced and precise techniques, including IMRT, IGRT, Stereotactic treatments and 4D treatments.

    He has a keen interest in teaching in the field of Radiation Physics and has served as faculty in teaching programs. Conducted conferences with several organizations and has an ability to establish and maintain good working relations with people of different backgrounds.

    He is reviewer of ‘Journal of Cancer Research and Therapeutics’ (JCRT) and a member of Association of Medical Physicists of India (AMPI) and Association of Radiation Oncologists of India (AROI) and has contributed in over 25 publications in national and international journals.

    He is also guiding the physics units of all IOSPL radiotherapy centers and overseeing the upcoming radiotherapy centers of IOSPL

    Commander Navneet Bali

    Chief Operating Officer

      Commander Navneet Bali, an MBA Finance with distinction from NIFM Faridabad has joined us from the 1st May 2016. He has had extensive experience in the Indian Navy in the administrative arena. Prior to joining IOSPL, he was associated with The Rockland Hospitals Group as Unit Director and the Head of all three group hospitals. He was instrumental in turning around the hospital chain within a short span of time and achieved the distinction of getting the highest footfalls into the hospitals. With his past 23 years of work in administration, operations and training, he brings on board a wealth of experience. An area where he has excelled in the past is in implementing effective systems and processes to improve organization performance and internal controls. While in the Indian Navy, Navneet managed two large organisations, INS Venduruthy Kochi and INS Ezhimala Kannur as Executive Officer. This entailed managing the administration and complete running of these two institutions. Each are mini cities in their own right.

      He has been Awarded the Chief of Naval Staff Commendation for Excellence in running a new naval base as the administrative head and for excellence in preparing the Naval Academy in a short span of time for the inauguration by Honorable Prime Minister in Jan 2009.He is an ardent speaker and also writes on many healthcare issues.
