On behalf of my mother Manju Chander , I write this mail of appreciation for the exemplary services and staff at Fortis Noida.
My mother Manju Chander was diagnosed with Gastric cancer in 30/10/2019 at Fortis Noida. Since then our lives have been on a whirlwind.
Dr Baxi and Dr Kabir immediately got on board and got the surgery done.
She was transferred under Dr Mudassir’s care for chemotherapy.
Team oncology is the best. Couldn’t have thought of shifting my mother elsewhere.Very patient doctors with perfect bedside manners.
Mr PANKAJ Mudgil and his team of Rajiv and Alauddin made sure that the rooms were spotless clean when ever my mother would be admitted for her chemotherapy and kept it getting sanitised at regular intervals.Service with a smile is what they believe in!!
Nurse Sindhu,Bina and her team are angels who always used to keep boosting my mothers morale.
Your F&B department made sure an unwell person got piping hot and tasty food.
I would also like to mention Mr Kirti of ECHS , who would sort every query that would arise.
You have the best Doctors and support staff, why would any one go elsewhere.
I would have personally come and thanked each one but Covid times refrain me from doing so.
Such staff is always an asset and speak about their leader.
My mother Manju Chander was admitted for the final chemo on 27/5/20 and discharged on 29/5/20.
I wish each and everyone well
